Earn a British Psychology degree in Sri Lanka awarded by the University of Staffordshire. Your psychology degree gives you the flexibility to complete the full programme at APIIT Sri Lanka, or transfer seamlessly to the University of Staffordshire after your first year to graduate in the UK (subject to meeting entry requirements — you will need to pass all modules in your first year). Should you choose to transfer, your BSc Psychology carries the added distinction of a BPS accredited award.

You’ll learn through a mix of lectures, seminars, tutorials, debates, and hands-on practical sessions — exploring how psychology applies to real-world, and contemporary issues. By the time you complete your bachelor’s in psychology, you’ll graduate with a creative approach to problem-solving, strong teamworking and communication skills, and the confidence to manage time, projects, and resources effectively.
You’ll draw on books, journals, digital databases, and social media resource banks to immerse yourself in each area of psychology . A bachelor of psychology opens doors across a wide range of fields. Graduates can pursue careers as psychosocial support officers; psychological counsellors in schools and universities; psychometricians and mental wellbeing officers within organizations; performance consultants for the KPO/BPO sector; community awareness project officers and community service officers; psychology teachers and lecturers; applied psychologists for industries; workplace behaviourists and psychotherapists; rehabilitation centre officers; child counselling and guidance services officers; sports psychologists; and gender and identity support officials.
