Madusha Perera is a software engineering professional with over 15+ years of experience in the tech industry. He currently serves as a Cluster Manager at a leading software company and was previously employed as a Software Engineering Manager at VitalHub Innovations Lab, where he led product development teams and drives innovation in healthcare technology solutions. Madusha’s career journey spans across prominent organizations, including Virtusa, ShipXpress Inc., and KeenEye Solutions. He is also a Visiting Lecturer at the British Institute of Engineering & Technology and has served as a Tutor for the SLASSCOM Bridge Program, contributing to the advancement of tech education in Sri Lanka.

Madusha holds a diverse academic background. He is currently reading for his PhD in Physics at the University of Colombo, and holds an MSc in Robotics and Automation from the University of Salford (UK) with Distinction, a First Class Honours degree in Mechatronics Engineering from De Montfort University, and a Second Upper in Software Engineering from APIIT Sri Lanka.

Madusha joined the APIIT Alumni Association with a goal of building meaningful alumni engagement, encouraging professional development, and strengthening the global APIIT network.
