Mr.Kohilarajah holds a BA(Hons) degree in Management and Leadership from Coventry University ,United Kingdom and currently follows MSc in Management at University of Peradeniya. Futher he holds Certified Business Professional qualification from National Innovation Center(NIBM). Kohilarajah is an academic and professional with over 10 years of experience. He is also a specialized tutor and trainer for Pearson exams and has trained International schools students across different countries including Sri Lanka and UK . He has served as an Internal lecturer at International College of Business and Technology and served as a Program Head for Diploma in Digital Marketing program across all centers. His academic expertise includes lecturing subjects such as Marketing , Human Resource Management , Business management , Entrepreneurship, Leadership , Business Strategy , Student project etc., Moreover he served as a mentor and Business consultant for university students to initiate Business projects and has lead numerous business projects and CSR projects at University level . He also possess strong leadership and has lead multiple teams and clubs to organize diverse student events and workshops. Driven by a genuine passion for teaching, Kohilarajah is dedicated towards nurturing the next generation of Business leaders and guides students to discover their potential in terms of Business and leadership.
