Sameera Silva is a Senior Lecturer at APIIT Law School and has been the Module Leader of Property Law, since 2013. Sameera obtained his LLB from the University of Colombo in 2005 and is an Attorney – at- Law. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA -UK) and a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He holds an LLM from the Birmingham City University, UK.
He is practitioner of civil law, mainly specializing in litigation on property matters and a Conveyancer. He has been in active legal practice from 2008 to date, appearing in Appellate and District Courts. He is an active Toastmaster and a Past President of CIMA Toastmasters Club.
