Saajid Mansoor serves as a Legal Intern at the Chambers of Senior Attorney-at-Law Mr. Murshid Maharoof. During his internship, he observes and engages with various aspects of legal practice, gaining exposure to litigation and court procedure. He is particularly interested in civil and commercial law, with aspirations of becoming a counsel and advocating cases in court. He is also a student at Sri Lanka Law College, pursuing qualification as an Attorney-at-Law.
Beyond his professional training, Saajid is passionate about guiding and mentoring students in mooting. Since his graduation, he has coached several APIIT student teams for competitions, supporting them in developing advocacy skills, legal research, and courtroom confidence.
As Treasurer of the APIIT Alumni Association, Saajid is responsible for overseeing the financial affairs of the committee, ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective management of funds to support alumni initiatives and events. He is passionate about continuous learning, professional development, and contributing to the legal field with integrity and diligence.
